Consultation Required Prior to Booking This staging package covers the 5 Functional areas of a property listed in our quality staging package with three (3) areas staged with select higher end furniture packages: - Premium furniture packages include a theme selected by the client with furniture options selected and approved for staging by the client. - Featuring higher end furniture throughout the 5 functional areas of the property ( 1 Dining area, 1 living area, primary bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen) - Want that HGTV touch? A full property stage with all new furniture starts at $6000.00 and provides clients with an option to purchase the furniture with the property. - Luxury furniture is not stored on hand in the warehouse and is ordered after approval from the client. - 50% of the staging total is due at contract signing and at least 7 days prior to scheduled date for project. We are happy to customize and add additional areas to create a more eclectic experience for your clients/customers.
