Cancellation by Client: - Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled staging date will receive a full refund of the deposit. - Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the staging date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total deposit. - Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date will not receive a refund of the deposit.
2. Cancellation by Service Provider: - In the unlikely event that we need to cancel our services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., emergencies, natural disasters), you will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made.
3. Modifications to Services: - Any changes to the staging service (such as date changes or adjustments in scope) should be communicated at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate these changes, but please understand that additional fees may apply.
4. Refund Process: - Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
